Can I supply you with an item and have it embroidered? If so, what are the charges?
Yes, we can embroider logos onto most items. We will need to see both the item and the logo before we can provide you with a final quote. Please note that not all items are suitable for our machines.

Can we see samples before placing the order?
Yes, to see a sample (garment, towel, cap, t-shirt, polo, vest, hi-vis item, you name it) just contact us, and allow time for us to have a sample delivered to you, or to arrange a time to meet with you.

What do I do if I don’t have a logo, but want to have items embroidered?
You can select from a variety of fonts and colours. Just pick what you want embroidered, select a font and colour, select the items you want and we’ll give you a quote.

How long do orders usually take?
Depending on availability of stock from the supplier, most orders can be completed within 3-5 working days. For larger orders (50+ units) allow 8-10 days.

What are your charges for delivery?
Most of our orders are delivered via registered Australia Post. The final price will depend on the size of the order, and location of the delivery. We will provide our best estimate at the time of quote. You can also nominate to use your carrier if preferable.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No job too big. No job too small. If its 1 t-shirt of 1,000 towels. Contact us for a quote.

What type/quality of artwork do you require?
EPS or PDF files are ideal, however high res JPGs can sometimes be used. If you’re unsure, email it in and we’ll let you know. We won’t start a production run until we are both completely happy with the final product.
